Carpathian Assets is the acquisition the Axion Capital group was built on. An established European digital asset business, it gave the group an operating platform, market access and a foundation to build from on day one.
The group's founders chose to buy rather than build. An established business meant real customers, real operations and a real market position from the start, instead of years spent earning them from zero.
Rebranded as Axion Exchange, the business became the group's first operating company. Its rails, relationships and operating experience run through the portfolio to this day.
